1) How long is the warranty period?

WSI WORKS workmanship warranty may run from one week to one month, depending on a case by case basis.  As for the products used, the warranty period would depend on manufacturers.

2) Why does my toilet bowl choke?

Toilet bowl chokes are usually caused by the build-up of toilet papers being flushed down after every use. Even more so, an excessive amount of toilet paper can easily result in such chokes. Otherwise, a more serious toilet bowl choke could stem from a main pipe issue. When this happens, immediately call a plumber to inspect the problem.

3) Why is my tap leaking?

Tap leakages are usually caused by wear-and-tear, which is aggravated by constant usage. This is common and simple problem. The defective inner parts like the washers and the valves can cause the taps to drip. Therefore, it needs to be restore or changed. You can DIY with the parts that you have obtain from hardware store to save money. Helpful tip could be to turn on/off your taps lightly to extend its lifespan. If the problem persist, we will be able to assist you with a thorough inspection.

4) I already got my plumbing choke repaired, why does it keep clogging again?

Did your previous plumbers use a machine to clear the choke or did they repair it manually using simple plumbing tools? If no machine was used during the last repair work, you could be facing a serious choke issue that requires the use of a high-pressure water jet which is more effective than manual repairs.

Homeowners are often advised to purchase and install quality taps to avoid such problems.

5) What can i do if my toilet bowl water keep flowing?

This suggests that the WC cistern is spoilt or malfunctioned and needs to be repair or replaced. Leaving the WC cistern unrepair might waste more and worst cash amounting to high water consumption of utilities  bill. You can off the water supplying to the WC first before we assist you with the problem.

6) How come my water pressure became low suddenly?

A sudden change in water pressure can be the result of many issues. It is usually related to the water supply pipeline or valve that is not fully open. You may need to test all your valves in order to trace and determine the valve that is faulty. This issue is common in residentials  or estates which are old.
